Tangy Honey Glazed Ham
Ingredients
- 5 lbs Ham
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Pineapple Juice
- 2 tsp Pineapple Juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 large Oranges, Juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325. Place ham in roasting pan. Bake ham (uncovered) for 2 hours.
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, orange juice, orange zest, mustard, and cloves. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Brush ham with glaze. Bake 30-45 minutes, basting with glaze every 10 minutes.
